Product Warranty

P3 Distribution, the distributor of Timber Harvest Hardware, is focused on product quality, operational integrity and reliability. Every day we work to achieve the highest standards in service and responsibility.  As such, P3 Distributing warrants all Timber Harvest decorative cabinet hardware products against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the products.

If the finish of any of these items tarnishes, corrodes, rusts, begins to chip or rub off or has any other defect, in excess of expected normal wear and tear over time, we will send, to the original purchaser, a new replacement product of the same or comparable style and quality at no charge.  Please know that the replacement item will appear different from the existing hardware because of the effects of normal daily use that the existing hardware will show.  If an exact sku replacement is no longer available, P3 Distribution will refund to the original purchaser the current value of the item. This warranty is a product warranty of replacement only.  P3 Distributing specifically does not warrant for the removal of the product nor installation of replacement product. This warranty does not apply when the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered from the original form, or damaged through improper cleaning, abuse or accident.  No return of the original item is required unless specifically requested by a P3 Distribution representative during the warranty claim period.

In the unlikely event that a defective decorative cabinet hardware item is encountered, please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@P3Dist.net. Please be able to provide a brief description and photographs of the defect. Lifetime Warranty.
